We offer free shipping across India on orders above ₹2,999. Orders are usually dispatched within 2–4 business days and delivered within 5–8 business days, depending on your location.

 

How long will it take to get my package?

Most orders arrive within 5–8 business days. For handcrafted or made-to-order pieces, delivery may take longer. You’ll always receive tracking updates once your order is shipped.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Delivery timelines vary between 10–15 business days.

 

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order is shipped, we’ll share a tracking link on email/WhatsApp so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

Can I return or exchange something in store?

As of now, Label Avnyy is an online-first brand, so all returns and exchanges are processed through our website.

How do I get a return label?

To request a return, simply email us at support@labelavnyy.com or WhatsApp our support team. We’ll guide you with the process and provide a return label if applicable.

What items are eligible for return/exchange?

Unworn, unused, and unwashed items with original tags intact can be returned/exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Custom or made-to-order pieces are not eligible.

What do I do if I receive a defective item?

We’re sorry if this happens. Please share pictures of the product with our support team within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll replace it or issue a refund immediately.
